1. Orders
Q1: When will I receive my tracking number?
You’ll receive an email with your tracking ID within 24 hours of placing your order. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking info to update in the system.
Q2: I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What now?
Please check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, ensure you entered the correct email address at checkout. Still no luck? Email us at support@motogriz.com.
Q3: Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Yes — but act fast. You have a 6-hour window after placing the order to update details or cancel. After that, we can’t make changes as the shipping process begins.
Q4: What if I don’t want the product anymore?
We currently do not offer refunds for products that are simply unwanted. Refunds are only available for damaged or defective items. See our Refund Policy for more info.
Q5: I received a damaged or incorrect item — what now?
Contact us immediately at support@motogriz.com with photos or video proof. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right, fast.
2. Shipping
Q1: How long does delivery take?
Once confirmed, your bike is typically delivered within 3–5 working days.
Q2: My tracking says “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive anything?
We’re sorry to hear that! If your tracking shows delivered but nothing has arrived, please contact your local shipping carrier directly. Unfortunately, we can't issue refunds for items marked as delivered.
Q3: What if my package doesn’t arrive at all?
We get it — that’s frustrating. Please contact us at support@motogriz.com, and we’ll do everything we can to help you locate it.
Q4: Why does my tracking say “No Information Available”?
Tracking can take 1–3 business days to update after your order. If it’s been longer, reach out to us and we’ll help.
3. Payment & Refunds
Q1: How long will my refund take?
If approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take a few extra days to reflect it.
Q2: Do you offer a warranty?
We don’t offer a formal warranty, but we do replace any item that arrives damaged or defective. Your satisfaction is our priority
